The hotel was clean and the location was particularly good to shower before boarding an early morning flight. The unit we got was brand-new and reasonably large with bedside lamps, a large bathroom, microwave.

Well-maintained shared facilities made staying comfortable.
The walls were thin. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including an intense argument late at night. The self-check-in process was confusing, with no clear instructions provided upon arrival. The shower door was missing, which caused water to flood the bathroom every time I took a shower.

Staff were friendly. the room was brand-new and spacious. - the location was great, being close to EMA airport, Loughborough, and Derbyshire town centre. - the aparthotel is only 5 km from Pulse. - We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
